The Mecca now has a food location INSIDE FiFo.  First Budweiser, now this.  Doomed

No tap beer in the FiFo last night.  Per a staffer, no taps until the Bucks season starts.  Have they done this all summer for concerts too?

That makes sense from a logistical standpoint. When you have 90% of the events between October and May why get that whole system cleaned after one or two events/month.

I get it for last night but if you're dropping a few hundred dollars on a concert don't you expect the venue to be full service?

I think they took over the Sobelmans locations a few years ago.

Technically the MECCA has been at the Fiserv the whole time bc it's all Levy.  And that's why the MECCA is average on its best day.  You have a concessionaire trying to run a restaurant, it's not their core competancy.

I am in the clubs. I don't often make it up there with the peasants.

Was happy to have a Big Wave in a frosty can, though.

Apparently they took down the MU flag outside of the Forum as well.  Next thing you know there will be a UW flag up there.

Here me out.  They can still use cans.

Yes.  But many customers prefer tap beer and it’s also way more profitable.

For an event like last night, no problem but if I was dropping $350 on a major touring act I would hop the venue isn’t in “off season” mode.
