The Al looks pretty good on TV. I think it looks like it’s bigger than it is.

I kinda dig the one game a year there.

Disagree Goose  - Ross will be better than Jones.  And Gold will be good too.  Nice problem to have.

Sean Jones is going to be an outstanding college basketball player. As much as I like Ross, imo, he will be the second of the two freshmen guards down the road.

I think Ross is going to be really good and Jones is going to be really, really good. They are very impressive freshmen duo in the backcourt.

All three Frosh will be highly productive players at MU.  It may take Sean and Ben some time but they bring s lot to the table.

Yep. I can’t pick who I think will have a better Marquette career just yet, and that’s a great thing for the future of the program.

I will say that I’ll agree with Muggsy and everyone else that Chase just seems to have a very good “IT” factor. He’s got the physical tools and just seems to flow well in the game and do things the right way.
If he hits his 3P shot he might have an outstanding MU career.

We’ve also got two other guards coming thru next year that might end up being really really good, and we’ve got Tyler, Kam and Stevie that have some of their own fantastic skills.

Future looks bright at the G spots

We need to add a physical interior guy Dr. V.

It doesn't have to be a tall player but someone wide that can bang a bit and take some pressure off of Oso.  Wrightsil possibly can fill this role but the fact is someone has to in order for us to reach the promised land.

OMP pushing the ball is fun to watch.  This team has more overall speed than I can remember with two tier 1 burners.  If they can control and harness their jets, and add some change of pace along with better footwork, I think we can be excellent in transition.  Ross also has wheels on the wing.

Now, shot selection and valuing the rock we have to improve on throughout the season.  We can go ice cold from distance and that could lead to some tough sledding against good ball clubs.  But this team is deep and has a lot of pieces.  I'm happy with the overall trajectory moving forward.  I do expect there to be some bumps in the road for sure, especially the first 10 games, but I'm excited to see the overall growth of this squad.

Can't catch the late games - why didn't Wrightsil play? Was he hurt?

But completely worth it when you do.

It is better to be fearless and cheerful than cheerless and fearful.
