I am nervous about how the Big East will do in the Non Conference play.

Villanova, Depaul, and Butler are injured. Xavier and Uconn are good teams with untrustworth backcourts. Creighton maybe good they are biting off more they can chew with Maui (as the 3rd best team), going to Texas, playing BYU, and 2 other power conference schools. St. Johns schedules like a A10 school. I expect Seton hall to get rolled by Memphis and Kansas. IMO Marquette got unlucky with matchups vs Purdue and Baylor. Providence and Uconn are the conferences two best hopes to have less than 2 losses by conference play and I am not really impressed with them.

Nova lost their scrimmage to Maryland. Xavier lost their scrimmage to Vanderbilt. Xavier struggle vs Ky. Weslyan until 12 minutes left in the game. Seton Hall lost their scrimmage to Boston College.

I am nervous this will amount to the conference being a 4 bid league.

More importantly, DePaul is DePaul

St Thomas will be launching treys on CU tonight like no other. Should be an interesting watch

I think Purdue was actually lucky. Edey's a load, but he's one guy. They have no ball handling against our pressure and are inexperienced. 8 days into the season is the perfect time to see them.
