Deserved it’s own thread IMO.

Wow. 45,9,8 with 4 stl on 16/29, 4/8.
Best game of his career.

Gave a shout out to Dwyane for a pregame call/text telling him to step up and continue the legacy.

Great stuff.

I think this is second only to his triple double in the Finals a few years ago which was superhuman.  But my god he was sensational tonight.  The shot clock beating jumper in the corner late in the game was insane

As I recall, the JFB moniker came about after the midgets' final game (Sr. night) vs 'Cuse.Dom was limited, they abused Mo Acker repeatedly. Jimmy came in in the 2nd half and was incredible. Some gifted poster said, second half, Jimmy F------ Butler. Does anyone remember the same, or is there another genesis for the JFB?

Watched the game with a couple of Celtics fans. Was sweet to watch Jimmy dominate all night, and put in the final nail.

Phenomenal performance.  I hope he gets some help Sunday but that was incredible stuff, basically the entire game, on both ends of the floor.

I was afraid this was gonna happen.  Miami needs to stay within range by the end of the 1Q.

C’s are and just a better team. Butler is a star, but beyond that? Bam’s what people thought Giannis was as an offensive player when it came to the Playoffs. Herro just a high volume scorer. Lowry just a flopper. When your second and third best offensive options are Max Strus and Gabe Vincent, you probably shouldn’t make an NBA Finals.

Unfortunate that Middleton got hurt, but that’s sports. In my mind the C’s and Heat aren’t even close to as good as a healthy Bucks. Warriors would’ve made it tough on the Bucks because of how they defend, but I don’t think Draymond could’ve kept Giannis from getting to the rim at Will.

not having a healthy herro really hurt...plus, what happened to tucker in the 2nd half??  he gets 10 points, some bounds and steals, i coulda won some serious coin in fanduel.  he was my wild card separating me from a big tight grouping
