Surprised there isn't more chatter about the Golden Eagles tbt team. They've been more entertaining to watch than the actual college team for years.

It's great hoops and even better in person.  Everyone should attend if the opportunity ever presents itself.  Chick and I have attended some portion of 3 separate seasons; great experiences all.

I’m a bit surprised Diener played as much as he did. If I remember last year, he was more of a role player. He still looked great running the offense.

Might be a function of DJO being hurt and losing a ball handler.

Derrick knows his role better right now, mostly from experience with the team.  Not sure I'd say he's a better player than Vander though, although he's certainly closed the gap since college.

I had to do a double take on his corner 3. It looked so pure.

Not playing well at all this first half.

Sloppy and a lot of missed jumpers.

Tie game though so plenty of time to get it going

Is this game streamed anywhere?
I would take the Rick SLU program right now.

Wonder why no PT for Rowsey? Especially today with the horrible shooting display.

a Sacar sighting for the final minute of the third.

...and an air ball to start the 4th

followed by a driving layup for a 6 point lead with 6:15.  Elam ending starts below 4 minutes

Big 3 by Derrick Wilson, followed by 3 for Jamil Wilson and MU escapes!

Marquette did not play well.  The 4Q was a mess with everyone launching 3s.  No one could hit - and that was true on both sides.  For some reason, no one from Marquette ever took it to the hole so it was just a matter of hoping the shots would eventually go down.  To me, Derrick Wilson had the big shot.
