I found his story about the "for sale" signs in his yard after a loss to ND a little too much to believe.  He also talked about his MU contract, insofar as Cords didn't re-sign him to an extension, implying that Cords was fine with letting him walk away.

Someone mentioned on this thread about how great it is to hear KO's honesty and I laughed out loud. KO says a lot of crazy stuff and not all of it is 100% true. There is likely some truth sprinkled into what KO said on this podcast and I am going to try and listen to it this weekend.

Difficult compared to where?  Because since 1980, only two coaches have gone under .500 at Tennessee.  One of them was Kevin O'Neill.

I think K.O. himself would tell you that Tennessee wasn’t a good fit for him. (He has) That doesn’t mean others can’t or haven’t had varying levels of success there.

His approach wasn’t going to fit just anywhere.

We should extend him a Meat Summit invite. His command of the English language would fit right into the conversation at the table, hey?

Doc

He definitely would not shock any of us with his crazy talk.
