OK, sitting in quarantine in a blizzard...... the marketing hype is starting to resonate with me.     For both TM and Callaway.

I have quite a literal mixed bag, I do love my mizuno wedges though.

Considering getting a mizuno putter as well. One of the more “reasonably” priced brand name putters out there.

I got a center shafted Bettinardi, put a big grip on it.    I won't be changing that any time soon.

Retire0, I have fallen in love with multiple sets of Mizuno irons in the abstract over the years.     When I hit them, the difference is never enough for me to pull the trigger.       I do the same things with drivers.    I actually got fitted for drivers twice last year.    Neither time did I gain more than 3 yards.    So the eternal question, how much to pay for 3 yards and a slightly tighter dispersion?

I am 100% in love with TM p790's, best investment I have made in golf equipment in 15+ years. I am getting fitted for new driver this weekend and then I will be all set.

Do any of guys hit the simulator over the winter? I am hooked and will be spending a ton of time working on my game prior to my upcoming trip to Naples next month.

Those Mizunos look tough to hit but I really like my JPX-825s.

Here's the question though, what shaft did you get fit for? Once I finally got fit into my Accra Tour Z TZ6 shafts I gained about 25-30 yards on both fairway woods and 35-40 on the driver with very marked improvement on the dispersion too. Much better long term investment.
But I like to throw handfuls...

Doc,

Get fitted for a shaft. Find a Sim1 head and the same shaft, boom you just built a less ugly Stealth.

Also, beware of indoor swing syndrome. It’s a real thing.

tower, been thinking of heading down to Betti this winter for a fitting. Just need to commit.

I invested in a uneekor eyeXO simulator last spring.  So yes, I hit the simulator... a lot.  My wife would say too much.  If anyone does splurge for a simulator, make sure to get the GSPro software.  It is fantastic!

Well done, Bo. That is the type of commitment I believe we all should have to our golf games.

the bride and i bought the Az 2022 troon card-there are some spectacular courses including Hawaii, nevada, utah, new mexico plus some international courses.  a few of the Az courses i've golfed-quintero is a MUST, copper canyon, estrella mountain, lookout mountain ak-chin, westin kierland, papgo golf, sterling grove is a brand new golf community right up the road from my home.  plus many more

laughlin ranch up in bullhead city is a gem if your're in laughlin-careful of the hour time difference between bullhead city, Az and laughlin nv during daylight savings

if anyone is down in the Az/phoenix area, message me and i'll try to steer you to a good one...i love desert/mountain golf
don't...don't don't don't don't
