COMPOSURE
« on: December 05, 2020, 10:48:08 AM »
Some coaches have it and some don't.
There are various styles of leadership and Marquette has in my view gone from hot and manic to cool and composed.

One important factor in last nights game was that the team played within themselves., Mr. Lavin notwithstanding.

Wisconsin slowed down the game to the point where Marquette was more in control of its game.
Some also call it locked in.  When the team played at the Oklahoma pace they got outside their comfort zone.

Going forward I expect them to find their optimum cadence.

For a young team, I was very impressed with the composure they showed last night and I attribute it in a large part to the leadership of their coach.

I'd like more composure from the not young posters.
Luke 6:45   ...A good man produces goodness from the good in his heart; an evil man produces evil out of his store of evil.   Each man speaks from his heart's abundance...

It is better to be fearless and cheerful than cheerless and fearful.

Hard to maintain my composure when Scoop is so entertaining.
I think this guy was in the band in my day.

I'm always composed.
