Bizarre situation in the Sinner match.  He's experiencing dizziness or something.

Vaxxed?

Love him or hate him, imaging thinking you can rattle that guy with generic heckling.  Pretty sure he only plays his best tennis if he's up against a wall down a set or pissed off.  Dude THRIVES off being disliked.

Tommy Paul had Alcaraz in trouble ... for about an hour. Once Alcaraz turned that match around, he was like an avalanche going down the mountain, and Paul was the squashed skier.

Shortly after Alcaraz sent one American packing, Jasmine Paolini finished annihilating another.

WTF happened to Navarro?  Extremely disappointing.

I only saw the ending, after she stopped trying. So I don’t know.

Rybakina continues to annihilate her opponents on the grass.  I thought Svitolina would give her a match.  Her serve and overall power is a problem for the rest of the field.

The Djokerr gets a gift walkover to make the SF.   I hope I'm wrong, but you've got to like his chances of getting his 25th.  I expect the Alcaraz/Medvy match to be pretty grueling.

Wow.  Sounds like there were two great semis today for the ladies.  Shocked Rybakina was taken out.

Who ya got Alcaraz or Medvy?  Alcaraz is gonna have to bring it today.  Hopefully he elevates his game because Medvy looked really strong vs Sinner.

Medvy very sharp early.  Alcaraz is losing the long rallies.

Alcaraz way off on his serve early.  It's time to focus.  Period.

Chill, kid.

If the best men's player in tennis history beats Musetti today, he'll have his hands full against the best player in the world.

¡Vamos!

I'm pleased Alcaraz read my post during a changeover!  The young man will have to serve and start well to beat the Djoker imo.

Vamos!!!

Even though he has played far more games and been on the court far longer so far at Wimbledon, Alcaraz will have the advantage Sunday the longer the match goes. He still looks fresh at the end of 5-set matches; Djokovic was exhausted and having trouble catching his breath in today's second set. Djokovic is amazingly fit, but he's still 16 years older than the kid.

I'm predicting a win by Carlos and I want a win by Carlos. Obviously, nothing Novak does would be surprising, though.

Yes.  Hopefully Alcaraz drops the hammer on the Djoker.  I do think his best stuff is better than Novak's right now.  I don't know how you even describe his ability to throttle his shots (especially his forehand )and yet have this insane touch with his slices and drop shots.  It's analogous to Shaq overpowering and thunderdunking on some poor sap, but yet being able to hit floaters and finger rolls?  Carlos's arsenal is something we haven't quite seen.

My take is Djoker has been waiting a year for this rematch and his easier path to the finals  will help his cause.  But I really hope I'm wrong.   I will say this:  When Alcaraz gets his 1st serve cooking, and in the 65% range, look out.  Especially on the grass.   When he goes into medieval mode it's essentially over.  Even for Djokovic.  :)

Rough 1st set for the Djoker.  Good to see Alcaraz has his serve popping.

Solid 2 sets from Carlos.  He hasn't quite gone medieval, but the Djoker is way off his game.  No energy and he has no answers for young Carlos' power and speed.
