Not much time left for him to do much sitting on a park bench, eyeing little girls with bad intent. But he might still have plenty of snot running down his nose.

Seriously ... sounds like he's been dealing with this for awhile, and it's sad. I used to love Tull. Saw them 3 times, though not since about 1981 at Poplar Creek.
