Stop with this crap.  He has a 44 inch vertical.  He's incredibly athletic, very quick, and comparatively strong.  But that doesn't make a good basketball player.  He can't shoot and doesn't do anything at an exceptional level but leap,  which is why he won't make the league.  Not because he's not athletic enough.

Yeah, but he's white.

Dominic was also 10x the player McClung is.

stat's wise they're pretty much equal, other than McClung being a better FT and three point shooter and DJ playing more minutes and having more assists.

James was 1000000x the defender McClung was and James’s senior year he was a floor general. McClung sees one thing on the court, the offensive rim.

Well, maybe he’ll be a floor general as a senior, because if he’s got any sense he’ll be a 4 year player.

I guess I shouldn’t have even said “his senior year.” James averaged 5 assists per game for his career and 5 assists per game his senior year. McClung averages 2 and 2.4 in his 2 seasons.

James was way, way better at basketball. Even if you didn’t like him and he didn’t think he needed to be coached.

Diener was 10x the player McClung is. Not as athletic no, but way, way better at basketball. McClung is not an NBA player.

Yeah Diener had the ultimate PG brain (knowing where everyone is at all times, controlling the action), set people up perfectly like Gretzky, and had the ability to hit the long ball + convert at the FT line with extreme efficiency. The two are not remotely similar

+100

The only thing they have in common is that they kinda look alike.  That's it.
