Great team win.  And defense!!!!

Golden was gold for Marquette 3-11, 2 TO’s (contributed to more), and 4 fouls in 21 mins.

Top to bottom, best job by coaching staff in Wojo's tenure.  Great gameplan and execution. Team did a excellent job against a high quality opponent.

Next up.

6 out of the last 7 since fans were completely deflated. What a great stretch. Getting hot when it matters most.

You wouldn’t know by reading this thread.

Is this a blow out?

So excited with the final score. But, was anyone else like me in feeling nervous, even when MU was up something like 14 with about 4 minutes remaining. Baldwin was getting hot, Markus was not, and I admit to being a bit worried.

Always love reading these for the first time after the game.  Not sure what he did to you, but this PGHeroes hatred of Koby is borderline ners on Derrick or Sand Knit on Luke behavior.

Be the difference.
I'll stick with my opinion on Gold.  He'll be in foul trouble within the first eight minutes.

I call it how I see it.

Anytime Koby makes a good play I am the first to say it. Literally every single time.

It's mind boggling how badly I get into some peoples head. I am one of the most objective people on here. I never participate in the meltdown threads following losses to Providence.

If there is a bad play, I call it out. If there is a good play, I call it out. Its been the same way for a decade. I don't speak in hindsight and I don't bury the board in Wojo hate following every loss or feeding the trolls following every win.

Maybe you'll be the first to pick up on it. Be the difference.

An adult calling an athlete who gives dozens and dozens of hours/week of his time to entertain you and represent your university "a piece of excrement"?

Sorry, but "objective" is not the word most intelligent people would use to describe it.

Calling a player a POS doesn’t make you objective, it’s makes you over emotional and irrational.

It's very simple if you keep this one factoid in mind.  PGs knows jack sh*t about basketball

He was arguing with me early on because he doesn't understand the held ball rule.  Yes...the held ball rule.

No calling out a terrible shot that is a terrible shot is objective.

We can debate all day about word choice to convey said message, but it’s still objective.

You’re basically saying if Wojo gets on Sacar in practice for making bad passes and he does so using foul language and yelling, he’s no longer objective.

Lmao god you’re a clown. I know more than you could ever imagine.

And once I called you out that you had no interest in actually discussing the game.

You ducked tail and ran.

Btw, you’ve obviously taken me seriously. Seeing as you’ve returned. Sad life.

"Man, Koby just took a terrible shot" = "Koby is a piece of shyte."

Got it.

As for your ridiculous analogy, do you honestly think Wojo has ever expressed displeasure with a Marquette player by calling him a piece of shyte?

This isn’t calling out a terrible shot. This isn’t even criticizing his overall play. This is a classless quote attacking him by calling him a piece of shiit. You’d be better served acknowledging you overreacted instead of continuing to dig in.

Honestly, coaches have said far worse in all sports than “piece of crap” lmao.

Now, some may end up losing their jobs for repeated berating. But yeah, I think that’s mild.

It’s not a ridiculous analogy at all. He said emotional. Yelling at a player is emotional.

That doesn’t drain objectivity.

Nope I called out a terrible shot.

If you don’t like my word choice, that is your personal problem.

You can talk about it with a professional or simply a family member. I really do not care.

You’re free to react how you want, so am I.
