Lavin and especially Marshall not so subtle in inferring Markus is selfish.  I feel like their take is a microcosm of people's feelings about him... you either love him and appreciate his greatness or you admire his scoring but are frustrated with his ultra green light.  I thought Lavin's comment about NCAA championship teams rarely having a score first PG was interesting
