Well sadly they need to just to get them over .500 in Big east play...another year under Wojo another non tournament appearance. I can see why the admin and a lot of fans just love him. He's done great things for the MU program..taken them places I personally never thought they could go.
Where has he taken the team? To the toilet?

MU went 3 for 17 from three in the 2nd half. Many were wide open good looks off of the catch.

They did have some good looks, but you can't count on a team to shoot 53% from 3 point line all game long.  They shot 53% in first half.  Finished the game at 33%, 7% off their season average of 40% which is 2nd in the D-1 Basketball.

If they shoot 40% for the game that's at least two or three more makes.  All of sudden, it's a game

Simply put, Seton Hall is better.   Time to scrap the pick and roll with the center 25 feet from the basket.  Either the center cant get to the proper open spot or the dribbler cannot find him.  Our helpside defense was not good either.

Imagine if Koby wasn't playing with a bad thumb, Jayce on a bum knee, Greg not playing, Theo playing with a hand injury.

Your comment is fair........applying it to only one side isn't.

True...yet 40% probably is a bit inflated due to the easier buy games. our 3pt % in conference games has been:

34% at Creighton
23% vs Nova
37% vs Providence
33% at Hall

33% would rank 190th currently.

If you aren't defending well, turning it over and giving up easy buckets off of turnovers, you need to knock down shots. MU does not have strong interior scoring.

It was a difference in the game.

Maybe hes right. Maybe if the 3 game scenario were played 100 times we'd only win all of them twice. :)

This thread aged very well......
