Deonte Burton transfer
« on: November 21, 2019, 08:03:31 PM »
Since we continue to talk about former transfers....let’s get a thread going on Deonte Burton’s transfer.

Next week we can discuss Scott Christopherson, followed by Odartey Blankson and Karon Bradley.

Ok, so with Deonte I am bummed and think we would be better if we stayed around the following year.  Are you all bummed and what do you think if he would have stayed?

The trouble is, it will sound like an excuse because we've never won the national championship, but winning just isn't all that important to me.” Al McGuire

Wojo threw Deonte under the bus.

Now Deonte is in the NBA. He is even playing good defense against LeBron

Winning is overrated. The only time it is really important is in surgery and war.

I know you are just making a point with this thread and it is pointless but the third paragraph did make me laugh.

Funny, yes, but Herman's link to Deonte playing D blew my mind.

I hated when Deonte, his family and others continue to say he left because of his mom...even last year they stated that.  Wojo must have mind power over them to continue with that story.

At any rate, how many more games would we have won if Scott Christopherson had not left?

Next week, the Final Four year that would have been a national title if Odartey had not left...see you soon.

Now you're just being cheeky.
You actually have a degree from Marquette?

No...and after reading many many psosts from people on this board that do...I have to say I'm MUCH better off, if this is the type of "intelligence" a degree from MU gets you. It sure is on full display I will say that.
