I spent a few hours inside that eagle costume as an emergency eagle...the smells were interesting.  We had two costumes back in the day, and for one year when I was the newbie of the dept I was in charge of the cheerleaders and mascot among a bunch of other stuff.

Both of our students could not make an event over holiday break so I donned the bird.  Bucket list!

Great story, in charge of the cheerleaders.  Eyeroll.

Eh, he's not wrong. One marketing guy always had cheerleading/mascot oversight, at least one guy always approved my hours.

Twitter and Instragram suck.  Facebook is far superior.  You might not like the owner, but the functionality and platform is the hands down winner.

LOL!
I would take the Rick SLU program right now.

You know that owner also owns IG?  So they only half suck.

All of it! Gimme Buzz and Al. Give me the good years.

Give me Dean, Dukiet, and Majerus. Give me the dark years of Bleauteux in all of its shame and dirty glory!

Hold nothing back!

Happier with the content now?  Better distribution of eras?  Need more Bleuteaux?

Yup.

Side note:  Someone posted a good Bleuteaux story

“Someone” sounds familiar.  ;)

I was a mascot for another school once, it was so hot in there and hard to see! I knew one of the GE's when I was at MU and he said he'd lose about 10 pounds again.  I need to be a mascot again...

Maybe that's why the home fans threw stuff and hit him.
