A new look for a former MU player
« on: September 30, 2019, 02:55:09 PM »
This recent shot of Haanif from this offseason struck me for some reason. Maybe it's the bright red uniform. Maybe it's the full beard. Maybe it's because he's 23 years old now. Maybe it's because he's going right.

Haanif was a quality kid. I hope he has a monster senior season for the Huskers.
Winning is overrated. The only time it is really important is in surgery and war.

haaniff got off to a blistering start with us, then...great guy and hope the best on him

got me to thinking-wouldn't it be really weird if a player transferred out, spent a year or so somewhere, then wanted to finish his career where he started and transfer back?

Yes, it would be weird. It’s happened...but it’s still rare/weird.

The first person that comes to mind that did this is Akoy Agua. Transferred from Louisville and then grad transfer back to finish his career.

I like Haanif and wish him well.  Have to belive he got some really bad advice or made some really irrational decisions over the years. Hope it all works out for him its been a long strange vagabond type journey
