I'd take a 4-seed.

Seems a bit high to me but if things go well and the key players stay healthy, I think it's a reasonable expectation.

All those years of hating Louisville, and now I can't any more because of Chris Mack being awesome. That being said, I'll take them in the Sweet 16 as a No. 4 vs. No. 1 after watching his team choke a couple of years ago to make the Big East look bad.

So only five Big East schools. Nova, MU, Hall, Xavier and Creighton in that seeded order. No 9-9 Georgetown team from last year with a young team?

Think I'd pick Georgetown over Xavier, but chances are they'll both be right there on the bubble. Might come down to who does better in their non-conference schedule.

With Holt getting a 6th year, I may slip PC into the 5th spot but that's my Ed Cooley Fetish speaking.

Always good to have a fetish for Cooley & Company.

XU Twitter seems convinced they have a top-15 team now. If that's the case, the league will be really good because in my eyes they're fourth in the league at best.

I was honestly surprised when I ran the numbers, I thought the Big East was going to have a better showing than what the numbers said.

I think Georgetown is very overrated heading into the season. Yes they have the trio of freshmen but they were a sub 100 KenPom team last season. They have a long way to climb to be tournament worthy. Season after next? That's when I think we see them back in the tourney.

I'd be happy with 5 out 10 Big East schools making the NCAA tournament, as well. It won't be every year that we see more bids for the conference.
