Just started playing Cuphead with my kids. Love the oldtime cartoon graphics.

I will not recognize this as legitimate until they add Centipede and Mario Brothers.

Centipede is the GOAT, but boy all those old arcade games give me carpal tunnel.

I made a concerted effort to ignore this whole topic because quite frankly it sounds really dumb to me.  However, I'm sitting here drinking a cup of coffee on a vacation day so I thought, what the heck...

So, using the term sports while sitting in front of a TV seems, again dumb, I have to admit I assumed they would at least be playing fake SPORTS games not shoot em up games.  I'm going to go back to completely ignoring this concept.

And I'm not a baby boomer so you can't OK Boomer me.

Quonwhar only gets the easy e-kills.
The shaka sign, sometimes known as "hang loose", is a gesture of friendly intent often associated with Hawaii and surf culture.

I misread the thread title thinking the "p" was a "c", and thought we were turning into Louisville for a second.

Came across this which appears to be from Syracuse.  Not sure on it's accuracy but it wouldn't surprise me.

Heard the esport crowd is very much pro-God.

I think you're right. Whenever I spend any time in a room with gamers, I hear them say, "Goddam it!!" several times. Also, "Jesus Christ!"

A very religious bunch.

World's already beats out the world series in viewership. Minus 2016

Actually this is false.  Was exposed a few months ago based on how streams were counted vs traditional viewership of the other sports.  Apples to peanuts.

Mark Cuban is calling it a horrible business.  The statistics are such a joke and there are people out there using the term fraudulent.

It isn’t without value, but way way way overstated at the moment.
