Oh well, Marquette will prevail.

Someone very important to me gave me this response when I voiced my displeasure at today’s situation.

Things happen, everyone is entitled to their own decision when it comes to their personal lives for good or bad, and I won’t sit here and bash people for making that decision.

Markus made his, the Hausers made theirs. All three of them deserve thanks for a great large portion of the season.

The beat goes on and nobody is bigger than the program and the University.

Oh well
Marquette will prevail.

Thank you. At this point nothing more we can do. Time to focus on players who are still in the program than those that are gone.

What an endorsement for accepting creeping mediocrity.

Marquette will prevail?  on the basketball court?  this is a death throw at this point for the program pending another dwade find.  It goes far beyond the loss of the two individual players.  There is some serious rot going on in this program and it needs to be cut out.  The time to be optimistic has sailed.

Lol Marquette should still have a decent team next year. Calm down.

+1. This board loves hyperbole.
Assume what I say should be in teal if it doesn't pass the smell test for you.

They can run Markus out there and compete with the Butlers of the world. if that's your idea of a "decent team" ok. Its not mine. No post season wins in 6 years? A total season ending collapse. Today's news.

And some think saying "no reason to be optimistic" is Hyperbole?

Time for a change.

We should and will move on. But let's not say that Marquette will prevail. We haven't in years.

You're projecting for next year?  Or crediting Buzz's craptastic last year to Wojo?

If the former, I love how so many here know the future!  No wonder you're all so successful!
