Indian country is a throwback term to the days of the cavalry which means enemy territory.

I remember the first time I went to India. I presented a paper at a conference in Mumbai on building clinical trial infrastructure. My wife had Dehli Belly for months.

Once my conference was done we went to Jaipur in Rajasthan. What a fabulous place. Highly recommend the experience.

Did a bunch of HALOs in A Stan. The most personal 45 seconds a man can ever spend.

We actually had dogs on some ops and they were trained to jump from altitude. Alsatians. Utterly fearless.

Like us they had O2 and an altimeter.

We let them go first because of sink rate. Even then, if they got separated they could make their way to us directly at night. The finest, most loyal, and best trained dogs I have ever known.

Speaking of dogs, did ya read about how that dog picked up the scent of that dude who killed that girl in South Carolina Friday?  She thought he was her uber.  Blood in his car along with her cell phone, but the canaine cop was 2 blocks away when dog said wtf is that smell and they pulled him over and got a search warrant.
