Was going to let the touch fouls every time MU is hedging a screen while MU is getting hacked every time they're trying to drive go. But that double technical was a freaking joke. Theo did absolutely nothing. Embarrassing.

I'd be surprised. I doubt they drop 10 spots for losing on the road to a team just outside the top 25

Every road game will be a battle. Still think we go 12-6

I don't see how a team that is noncompetitive in road games wins 1 or 2 away games in league play. 10-8 is more likely, with a quick exit from the BET, and we sweat it out on Selection Sunday.

We are opening with one of our 2 toughest Big East games. We'll win some road games.

Could be. I'm guessing we win at least 3 road games.

Joke?    Nah, this is a joke.    Bono and the Edge walk into a pub.    The bartender looks up and says "oh no, not U2 again."

Mullen looked like he hopped off a barstool and started coaching.

When Markus isn't scoring he doesn't look to distribute the ball or step up in any other aspect.  He's a defensive liability and just keeps chucking.

Officiating didn't help an ill prepared squad.  Lame way to ring in the New Year.

Larry Mullen and Adam Clayton are outside trying to find the pub, but they still haven't found what they are looking for.

No, against UW and Buffalo too.  Maybe you should watch the games a little more carefully.

Teams whose second best guards are comfortable scoring down in the post haven't been able to spread the court with 4 shooters around them like St. John's was.  When a team had a second best guard that could score down low we were able to keep our big down to help Markus in the post.  Not tonight.  St. John's was hot (even though everyone but Ponds has a pretty ugly shot on St. John's) from the perimeter and made Marquette pay for leaving guys open on the perimeter.

Markus had a bad game.   Statistics cited prior to this game, when Matty wasn't showing his face since things were going well, showed how much Markus has improved defensively this season compared to last.    SJU exploited him offensively and defensively with large guards.   Well done.    Same guy who went for 40 in a half against a ranked team.   Bad game.    It happens.

(Won't let me link the direct video, but the video of the double T is in here)

I am still very confused on how this is a double T.  What could Theo John have possibly done differently?  He literally stands there while Ponds shoves him twice.

And who does Chris Mullen shove?  It's either Sacar or the ref...
