Luke 6:45   ...A good man produces goodness from the good in his heart; an evil man produces evil out of his store of evil.   Each man speaks from his heart's abundance...

It is better to be fearless and cheerful than cheerless and fearful.

I'm not a newspaper editor, but between those stories I believe your's should be the lead headline.

LOL

Haanif's draft declaration was akin to Michael Scott declaring bankruptcy

The added flexibility of the new rules is nice for players, but as a fan, it has almost gotten to the point where hearing that a player declared is like hearing that he tweaked his ankle in practice. Momentary concern, but you usually assume it's nothing....

Maybe no agent wanted to waste his time.

If volleyball players that aren't even good enough to play D1/2 volleyball in the USA can find an agent to represent them so they can go play volleyball for a free studio apartment in the middle of nowhere in Russia, Haanif would have no problem finding an agent to represent him in looking to be paid in the G League or overseas.

Drake's opportunity to break into athlete management takes a hit.
You actually have a degree from Marquette?

No...and after reading many many psosts from people on this board that do...I have to say I'm MUCH better off, if this is the type of "intelligence" a degree from MU gets you. It sure is on full display I will say that.

I'm sure that guy representing the DIII volleyball player calls himself an agent. I'd call him a buddy, a hanger on or a brother in law.

That would be a very unintelligent buddy, hanger on, or brother in law.

I thought Haanif transferred to "be closer to home"?  Now he is considering Russia?

Anyone working for a miniscule piece of someone destined to make very little money would have to be either stupid or a buddy/family member.

I can Justify putting Lone Sailor in my Preakness exacta.

Hanni will be fine. Lots of class.
Zenyatta has a lot....a lot... of ground to make up. She gets there from here she’d be a super horse......what’s this.....Zenyatta hooked to the grandstand side....Zenyatta flying on the outside....this....is...un-belieeeeeevable!...looked impossible at the top of the stretch...

Yeah, in the value add projections I finally decided I wasn't even going to acknowledge them as a possible NBA departure if someone didn't have them in a mock draft.
