Visual interface issue?

About two days ago, my scoop mobile layout went from the normal visuals similar to what I see on desktop versions to just a list of topics, plain white background, etc. 

Anyone come across that or is it just my phone?

Any advise to restore the good old scoop look would be appreciated.
