Our daughter was born at 4:47 am. She was stubborn coming out, but finally greeted the world. My wife hasn't settled on a name yet. We have a narrowed list, we'll see what she decides on.

Aside to tower...that felt just like a busy night at work. Got two hours of sleep, got up for an hour of pushing, another 20 minutes of sleep, back up for an hour, slept a third time, then up from about 1 am on.

An awesome wife is right...no 20 minute naps on her side I bet!

My wife is awesome times 2...two greatest sons on the face of the planet, one an MU grad. Enjoy being a dad...its a privilege.

Thanks for all the kind words. So far, so good. Mother in law came over so I could get some rest today in hopes of letting Holly sleep through the night. 2 hours did wonders.

Want to hand out two compliments:

First, to Brew for having the guts to start a thread on Scoop titled, "Why my wife is awesome."  Daring, daring move, Brew.  I question your judgment, but not your guts.

Second, to Scoop which, except for just one exception (I think), behaved itself.  Brew has a hell of a lot more confidence in all of us miscreants than I do, and frankly, I'm still surprised that we rose to the occasion.
