If only this team wasn’t so mentally weak, eh?

Sam finally decided to show up!

With under 30 seconds left in OT.  But better late than never.

Sam finally decided to show up!

He had 9 points, 8 rebounds, 4 assists and 2 steals.  He may have struggled to score but he had a really solid all around game.

Sam finally decided to show up!
I say, "Rowsey finally decided to pass to a wide open Sam".  He's passed him up several times in recent games

I had 52 points once. While shooting by myself in my driveway for an hour and a half.  Welcome to the club Markus!

Sam Hauser played excellent defense on Lindsey.

Big win. Gritty win by Wojo's Warriors. Too many people forget how tough it is to win on the road in this conference. This is the Big East, every win is gonna be tough.

Sam Hauser played excellent defense on Lindsey.

This, held one of the most efficient scorers in the Big East to FGAs in 45 minutes. Sam was our second best player tonight.

Did u watch the first half.  Tons of credit to makus for coming out after half n willing us to the win, but his first half was absolutely brutal.

Agrred Sam had a good defensive game.  And shutting down Lindsey shows hiw athletic he really is.  He needs to be significantly more aggressive offensive to help this team.  His game winning splash was the same situation he had mere minutes earlier when he passed up the wide open shot and threw the cross court pass that was stolen for the fast break going the otherway.  Sam needs to launch , hes every bit tge shooter that markus n andrew are.

I have said for a while that Markus was going to have a big game tonight. I had no idea he would have this kind of performance though. I really respect Ed Cooley and it makes it all the sweeter to get a scalp from Providence lol.

Ban hammer for anyone that posted in the first half.  Bunch of debbie downers.  Fun game, and never felt like Providence was pulling away.

Comment was made in the first half when markus was playing bad defense, had numerous turnover and put up a number of bad shots.  He had prolly one of the greatest second halfs in college basketball history but his first half was really really bad and i was no where near being off on that call

Phrasing was your problem here. You said "Markus is really really bad," implying he's a bad player overall. Different if you said "Markus is really really bad, tonight."

This team is so painfully mentally weak
My favorite new game is browsing my Twitter feed, seeing a tweet from Scoop Takes, then trying to find it on Scoop.

I sincerely hope that each and every one of you who posted just absolutely brain dead crap in this tread goes back through it from the beginning and see what you have done and realize just how dumb it sounded then and now.     Several posters just staying in character, I realize, but c'mon.     Show an ounce of understanding of the game of basketball.
