The Miami Crowder-Butlers are a better team then the Milwaukee Mathews.

“Team” being the operative word. Part of that lies with the coaching, but Jimmy is also much better at motivating his teammates than Giannis.

I think Jimmy would get into a shoving match with his best friend if he was on the other team. Seems to be how he is wired.

If the Bucks brought this intensity and the offensive movement when Giannis went down to start, I think they’d be in great shape. Unfortunately, they didn’t have that at any point in the bubble.

Although, I think people forget the Bucks were not playing well before the shutdown. Although I think Giannis missed some time when his son was born.

Feeling conflicted on who to cheer for?

Enjoyed going to school in Milwaukee and cheered for their teams, but live Jae and Jimmy...don’t forget about Wes!!

Hope Jae can turn his solid performance with The Heat into another long term contract somewhere.

He more than likely sticks with the Heat on a short deal

A nice write-up about Jae, the 3-and-D he's excelling at, and him being an immediate fit in Miami.

https://www.nba.com/heat/news/feature-jae-crowder-heat-guy-200912

Quote
After primarily matching up with Victor Oladipo and T.J. Warren to a lesser extent in the first round, Crowder then defended Giannis Antetokounmpo and Middleton a ton in the Eastern Conference Semifinals.

Though no easy feat, Crowder held those four guys to just 40-of-96 shooting (41.7 percent) combined and forced them to commit 12 turnovers. Now, that tracking data can be a little finicky at times given the material, but the fact is he made things tough on all of them

He’s a top target of the Blazers for the off season.

Not to mention Bucky's favorite had a near triple double.

I'm conflicted as well, being a lifelong Celtic fan. Our MU guys were key last night.
Hard to see why some folks wouldn't want to play with Herro.

Who needs Herro?  We got Joey (for approximately 2 months before checking out, and taking Sam with him).

Thank goodness he left before doing more damage, like losing out on any of our 3 freshmen forwards.

Some did not want to play with Hero because they thought he was a ball hog.   Some did not want to play with Markus because they thought he was a ball hog.   I would check where those groups overlap.

Dudes with negative wingspan and that can't shoot? We got those dudes. Why can't they work harder?

If I could get good at interviewing candidates for drive my company would thrive. It's hard to measure those intangibles. I should start asking people how often they've swept a gym.

Congrats to JFB making 3rd team all-NBA!

Regular season only award, btw, which accounts for why some players that had epic playoff meltdowns are up there.
