Out to dinner at a brewery tonight.  (Salad, diet coke.  Don't judge)  Wearing an MU quarter zip.  A couple of tables over was a gentleman in a UConn hoodie.   Never one to pass up an opportunity, I walked over...

Later, while waiting for our food, he came over and we had a very pleasant conversation.   He was unaware Shaka never hits the portal and thinks Hurley is going to burn out.

An actual by-God conversation with a stranger that ended with smiles, a hand shake, and good cheer.

254 yards and 2 TDs - including a long run that was voted WISN Play of the Week - for my nephew in Homestead's win last week over defending state champion Slinger. They try to cap a 9-0 regular season tomorrow.
