Being a sperm king sounds like it would be even cooler than being the Assman.

But is it as cool as being a Grandstaff?

That’s nothing compared to all the money that slipped through your fingers.

At my age becoming a Sperm King is likely out of my reach. Perhaps a Sperm Duke, Earl or Lord - but unlikely a King.

*Credit where due: My freshman year at Marquette there was an open mic night at the Mug Rack in BMU. Some guy named "Bax" or something like that (a heavier set guy with dark hair and beard) did a couple jokes about sperm banks paying for samples and made the joke about all the money that had slipped through his fingers. I have no idea if he originated the joke or ripped it off from someone else, but that's where I heard it. Crazy that I remember that.

I actually looked into that in college when I needed rent and beer money.

We must’ve overlapped at MU. I was there 86-90. “Bax” was Mike Baxter or Mike Baxendale. He had a radio show at Marquette called “The Bax and Wookie Show.” I think he was a senior when I was a freshman. I remember them both being pretty funny guys.

Mike actually made a career in radio.  Out in Massachusetts, I think.   I was on the staff at WMUR when his then radio show partner Mike Wukich (Sp?) was the station manager.   Great guy, fun year.

We probably have some common friends and acquaintances. My roommate freshman year was involved in WMUR and my wife's room mate of several years was very involved and I think maybe even the station manager at one point.

87-91.  Baxendale sounds right.

I was at the grocery store a while back and needed peanut butter.  After 5 decades of Skippy, I thought, you know what 2020?  I need a change.  Let's shake things up.  Let's travel the path not taken, and I purchased Jif.

Tastes the same as Skippy.

The end.

I hope it was still the creamy version at least.  Crunchy peanut butter is just wrong.
