1% is fine. I use it for cereal.

Is that because you think you're fat?

Have some patience, FFS.

Stay away. Can't trust the processors to correctly distinguish female coconuts from the male.

didn't the farmers or some group try to ban all products called "milk" that didn't come from an animal?  i.e. coconut "milk" & almond "milk" etc

I believe Tammy Baldwin put forth that legislation. I'm sure it's farming lobby groups pushing it.

Since I am not fluent in 4everonics, are you saying you prefer shaved coconut?

Wouldn't surprise me. Stuff like this happens all the time.

Several years back I was touring a coffee farm in Kona and commented that the 100% Kona sample was WAY better than any "Kona Blend" I'd ever had. I learned that distributors could use  "Kona Blend" even if they mixed a tiny amount of Kona coffee and a big pile of lousy beans. As a result, Kona coffee farmers were concerned that people didn't realize how good Kona coffee can be, decreasing the value of their coffee. So the farmers were trying to promote legislation imposing minimum percentages of Kona beans that had to be in anything sold as "Kona Blend."

Dunno if anything ever happened, but I can assure you that 100% Kona coffee that is properly roasted and brewed can be heaven in a cup.

Oxidative Medicine and Cellular Longevity sounds like something that would be put out by a supplement-peddling company.

Where can one find a list of legitimate peer-reviewed journals vs. those that are just mouthpieces for the industry/marketers?
Wow, I'm very concerned for Benny.  Being able to mimic Myron Medcalf's writing so closely implies an oncoming case of dementia.

Speaking of weird laws that the dairy lobby has supported, did you know that Wisconsin Statute 97.18(5) prohibits substituting margarine for butter at any state institution unless ordered by a doctor? This includes schools, hospitals, and prisons.

~3-4 years ago I stopped drinking milk.  I'd have a big glass at dinner and then realized it was like 250 calories.  So I switched to water so I can eat more Arby's.

Sorry, farmers.

Plus, milk has a lot of sugar.  Check the label.

And, surprisingly, so does ketchup.  LOTS of sugar in ketchup.

If ketchup is the reason you are fat, you are using waaaay too much.

This, it might be the 4 hotdogs you put in on for each meal (unless you are from Chicago)

When my daughter was younger, french fries were essentially just a delivery device for Heinz Ketchup.

Ketchup belongs nowhere near a hot dog.

Ketchup belongs nowhere near a hot dog.

It pains me to say this, but my youngest puts ketchup on bratwurst.  It brings shame to our family.

Clearly, I have failed as a parent.  It's not for lack of effort, however; I ridicule her mercilessly each and every time.
