Please tell me that is Photoshopped.  While I'm waiting for your answer, I will be formulating a reply in my mind for when my HR/IT departments no doubt ask me why I was looking at websites involving those key words.

Isn’t that the conundrum with almost any Scoop thread?

It was Pathmark store brand soda for us in the 60s/70s.  7 or 8 cents a can, if I remember correctly.  Black Cherry was the best, and Orange and Grape OK.  Balance was awful, especially Cola and Birch Beer (which they had instead of Root Beer for some reason).

Birch beer soda and pizza.  Yummmm.

Finally drove by the Naf during lunch.  Went in at 12:30, left with my veggie bowl at 12:55.  Can't say that I would tolerate a 20+ minute lunch wait on a regular basis, but for a one-off occasion like today, definitely worth the time, and stomach is quite happy.

My only criticism is the Harissa is not as spicy as advertised.  When it says something like "Extra Spicy" or "Super Hot," dammit, I want it to make more of a tingle than Carmex on cracked lips.
Wow, I'm very concerned for Benny.  Being able to mimic Myron Medcalf's writing so closely implies an oncoming case of dementia.

Yep. When I order anything extra hot, it better make me sweat....

I don't usually drink milk.  But when I do, it is with morning after, cold pizza for breakfast.

Cold pizza > Hot pizza
if there is a full sleep between pizza delivery and consumption, there is no truer statement.  If it's just old pizza that is 3 or 4 hours old it is stuck in that disgusting nether world that is neither fresh nor properly 'marinated'.

We had some friends who owned a Carbones Pizza. I ordered one late on a Friday night.  Of course, I fell asleep before they arrived.  They came in, tossed the pie in the fridge.

The next day, breakfast was magical.

We had Carbones' pizza growing up in St. Paul.  I had no idea it was a chain.  Was it back in the 80s?

There's actually a huge debate currently on whether it's normal to dip pizza in milk. Can't get the photo to link for some reason

That was probably the original one.  There's probably 30 of them now.

This reminds me .. ~25 years ago, I'm out of college and working as the accountant for an African-American minority owned day care group.

I'm the only white guy in the office.

One day, I smell something putrid, like hair, rubber, and plastic burning somewhere in the office.

The secretary appears and I ask what's that smell.  She smiles, and explains that it's chitterlings.

What's that, I ask.  Well, she says, back in the slave days, the master would eat the good parts of the hog, and the slaves would get the entrails.  Chitterlings are hog entrails, she says.

I look at her and say:  "But .. you're free now."

She laughed.
