FiServ is a business to business entity.  The only benefit would be community relations or prescence.   Putting the the FiServ name on the WESC will be a drag on earnings.  If you or I go to the potential FiServ Arena,  the company won’t make any money.  Btw, some of your assets may well be processed one way or another by FiServ.

Business to business entities still have marketing and brand strategies you know.

Yah, but FiServ is absolutely a HUGE name in the financial services industry.   The $$$ they might throw to the WESC  will have virtually no impact on the company’s marketing or brand strategies across the USA.  Just a name on a local building.  Good for MKE.  But.........

Yeah, but that’s a really small group.  And, most don’t have the gravitas to make a difference.

A corporation isn’t going to have the same motivation. It’s part of a larger strategy.

Thank you, well said.  Thinking any public company cares about the community for anything other than PR reasons is shortsighted.

Yeah, but that’s a really small group.  And, most don’t have the gravitas to make a difference.

Again, companies also market to increase stature which indirectly leads to sales and other business opportunities. Perhaps Fiserv wants to be viewed as a bigger fish in the pond than they currently are, and having their name pop up many more times throughout the year is a good way to achieve that.

I doubt it's NML.  They advertise nationally.

Rockwell and Manpower are two that I can think of off the top of my head.

It's not RA

Whatever it is, I hope it's Center in the name.
