Buzz never bailed until the higher ups bailed on him.  Higher ups wanted to be some lilly white suburban program; wanted cake and eat it too. This is what we got. Next year, no henry?  Not looking good. We will have same discussion 365 days from now.

Evansville (25-9) has just declined the CBI, CIT, and Vegas 16. Same with Northwestern (20-12)

The higher ups were tired of seeing the university sullied by the basketball team.  There is a difference between the absurdity you just stated and reality.  MU is hardly some Lilly white suburban program, but not are the going to accept the drip drip drip of players getting in trouble and the university being blasted all over the news because they couldn't control themselves.

One thing is for sure, if we don't do well next year I expect you to be here for sure.  If we bounce back, I expect you to be incredibly quiet and nowhere to be found.

You are laughable in your comparisons.  That same Buzz that couldn't get into the same NIT with some of these same players on the team he constructed? 

Gard's team lost to Wojo...he was the Asst coach and couldn't figure it out...at home.

That's ridiculous. We had all the infrastructure, and we're waiting to see if we get in a bottom-barrel tournament.

Infrastructure?  Infrastructure doesn't make up for experience of players or coaches...hate to break it to you.

Don't like the situation we are in....ask why Buzz tanked his last year and didn't want to be accountable to anyone.

The only thing he should be tweeting now is apologies for the schedule he put together this year. Robbed season ticket holders of their money and the chance for MU to play in at least the NIT. That will catch up to them next year with the non-renewals. They will get what they deserve there.
