Imagine Dragons
« on: June 05, 2015, 04:57:19 PM »
Has anyone seen Imagine Dragons in concert?  They're one of the few "newer" bands that I like quite a bit -- and probably the only one that I'd really consider paying to see.  I see they're coming to town.  I'm curious if anyone here has seen them live and your thoughts on whether it was a good show.  When I've seen them on TV on awards shows, they look great.

Saw them for a bit at Summerfest a couple years back and they were awesome. Left early so I could see dispatch though so I missed most the really good songs.

That was a huge night at Summerfest.  By 4p one could barely walk the grounds.

Haven't seen them myself but have heard only good things.

Haha.  While chick and I are late night regulars at Fest, that day we were doing the afternoon thing to be able to spend some time with our daughter.  She was coming back for a show that evening and was heading out of the grounds with us to get a short break. She had arranged for reserved Dispatch seats if I recall properly.

Just saw them last week in Napa, CA. Three times before that. One in a small venue in LA, the other at Osheaga in Montreal and Life is Beautiful festival in Vegas. They were probably the highlight at all three festivals.
