Let's get over the hump on a ranked team today.

http://www.indystar.com/story/sports/2015/01/30/bulldogs-leader-was-expected-to-add-plenty-upon-return-but-scoring-is-a-surprise/22591239/

Let's also be realistic and manage expectations. This will be one of our toughest opponents. If we can consistently play close to teams like this we will have made huge strides.

You know, I love the Warriors as much as anybody, but it is irksome that just over a year and a half ago, when the BEAst was breaking up and the New BEast was formed, there were plenty of people posting here why schools such as Butler, Dayton, SLU, etc., were just not worthy to join our new conference. And look at us now: 17-15 last year and a big bust, and 10-10 this year. Just a one point victory against Creighton keeping us from the basement. The smugness of some of us fans sure can remind one that we are a mini ND when it comes to fandom.
I thought you were dead. Willie lives rent free in Reekers mind.

I am guessing that Wojo is probably not designing a game plan to intended to keep us from losing by too much.....

Spot on and let's not forget DePaul. We can talk the talk but the Team needs to develop to walk the walk. We all want the same success but there is much more work to be done to compete at a high level. Meanwhile we need to temper our expectations, hope for a win but recognize the reality. This team is player hard and is giving us what they have. And yes, Wojo is doing everything possible to win as we all expect . That is why we watch and they deserve our respect.

Yep.  and, Butler is going to be a bad match-up for MU today.  But, Lets Go Warriors.

Agreed. Not to mention next years team will be a work in progress also. HE should be able to help right away, but we will be awfully thin unless Wojo can bring in some experience.
