Umm Henton is just good.

Did you not hear them mention he had 35 just last game?
I should have used teal.  Just something we at the Lighthouse would say anytime anyone would have a lot of points against us.

Juan needs to shoot more outside shots, he is shooting 50% from 3 this year, but they rarely look to him there.

I think that is part of the reason he shoots so well though. Smart shots.

We do need to be more aggressive though. A lot of swinging it around resulting in a Carlino shot from Mexico.

If you think for one second that I am comparing the USA to China you have bumped your hard.

With the number of TOs Provi has we should be up big.

Announcers talking about Henton's recruiting got me thinking about how he was so missed 4 years ago?

It's not like he just started coming on, he was great as a freshman. And he has like the perfect size/game for college basketball lol.

Somehow he ended up between Dayton and Providence???

He's quickly becoming my least favorite player

Yeah he's just too casual. I mean most of our team can't shoot a lick but at least Juan, JJJ, Duane and Derrick go balls to the wall at all times.

Really wish JJJ could get his jumper figured out. God he'd be good. But he can't make shiiiiiiiit.

Beverage??????

Little Svedka and ginger.

Having my go-to salsa .  Sonoran Salsa.  Can only find it at Graschs. Pick up a bunch every time I'm in town.

Damn, goooood salsa.

DUNKS45

Good first half, need to hit some outside shots and step up on there 3's

Providence with 11 turnovers, they won't do that in second half.

Fischer with two points
Taylor with no points
Carlino with no points, he is 7 for last 29 from field.
Du Wilson didn't play for almost nine minutes, mad bad driving shot, then chucked up a three, Wojo sat him.

Thank goodness Cohen having game of life right now.

GoldenWarrior11

With Cohen's performance today, it is inexcusable that he did not see a single second in the DePaul game.  With the way we were/are shooting, we need his shooting ability in the game.  It should be irrelevant that he is a freshman and/or behind defensively the other experienced players.  You play the hot hand, period.

Really impressed with Juan's improvement this year.  He really has embraced being the leader on this team (with Derrick).

On to the 2nd half.

Jay Bee

@JBBauer612
#mubb 33, PU 33 at half in ~32 possessions. eFG: 48.4%-61.4%; TO: 19%-32%; OR: 27%-47%; FTR 19%-41%

Former #mubb-target Kris Dunn came in w/a high 26.5% turnover rate. He has 7 (!!) first half turnovers. #Sheesh
The portal is NOT closed.

WarriorHal

Cohen needs a lot more minutes. He's the only guy on the team that can shoot from the outside.

PGsHeroes32

would be nice to pull this one out and get Sandy that SOTG.

Ya it was mind boggling when we couldn't make squat for 10 minutes last game that we didn't just post him on the perimeter.

And even if he is a little behind on D. Just play the damn zone like today. He won't hurt you much at all on that end. Played fine so far today.

0-7 from three outside of Cohen.  If we don't hit at least 3-4 three's in the second half we are going to lose.
