Did they change the foul rules this year?  I've seen a number of no-calls on buckets where there's clear, no-doubt contact.

May not get real story but I'm sure he punched a wall...or something.  You don't bust open you hand like that any other way.  Pretty wild to have that happen before a game even starts.  Perhaps he sensed team was flat in pre-game.
