Doesn't matter though... these bunny layups at the end will skew his shooting percentage to make it appear he had a decent game

Cmon.  We need 6 points in 11 seconds. You can't take a 2.

Somehow the box score claims he only has 1 TO.  I can count three off the top of my head.
If you think for one second that I am comparing the USA to China you have bumped your hard.

I am glad they showed some fight.  Sick to my stomach to see it slip away. But happy about the effort.

When we actually need a 3 for any hope, Carlino drives. Just such a low IQ play you can't help but chuckle.

Anybody else think wojo and Thompson blew by each other??

Reminded me of tan tommy

+1,000,000

any hope of tying the game he needed to shoot a 3 to make it a one possession game with such little time left

He technically had only 2.  The third was on an inbounds, where since no one has possession a TO cannot occur.  So if you count that he had 3.

How is Carlino not fouled? Trawick didn't make any play on the ball, it was all body.
Absolutely. Hosed by the home town cooking

Losing sucks. But I am pleasantly surprised by the resul. On the road and we had a chance to win. That's all you can ask for.

At this point...not sure Carlino is any better than Jake Thomas. MU needed an upgrade at that position...but they aren't getting it.

Huh.  That was the third one I was thinking about.

So since it is our ball under the basket and we throw it away how is that possession scored if not a TO?

Strangely, it is not (although I agree it should).  When the ball is being inbounded technically no one has possession yet.

Carlino was brain dead at the end we need a 3 and jumps into 3 Hoyas. Jake Thomas with slightly better finish ing

I think a Hoya jumped into him. I thought that was a bad call. They replayed it once and did not again. That's why every possession is important. Have to make the plays and value each possession
