MU athletics tweeted out this morning that Wally and Henry's dad will be participating in the dunk contest.

Quite the family resemblance, I must say:

Have some patience, FFS.

I'm not sure why a future Husky or Badger Terrapin would want to come.

Fixed that for ya.

You could probably - wait, no, definitely - leave the Badger off of that list.

In late August, Mark Miller changed his prediction from UConn to Wisky.  I don't like going up against his 90+% record.

You actually have a degree from Marquette?

No...and after reading many many psosts from people on this board that do...I have to say I'm MUCH better off, if this is the type of "intelligence" a degree from MU gets you. It sure is on full display I will say that.

Jeez, who gives a damn? Let's not do what we blast Vadger fans for doing: Obsessing over the other team's recruits.

MU just snagged its best recruit since Doc Rivers. I choose to focus on that. Not who—or who may not—be playing for Dracula at UW-Madison.

Maybe Stone will find out he loves crab cakes when he visits Maryland.

This started with me trying to dampen down the expectations of certain posters who automatically think that Diamond Stone is going to reconsider Marquette because of the Ellenson commitment, and are now instituting a Diamond Stone lookout at all things Marquette.

Nah, it's not the spectacle of UK or UNC's; could use some more pomp but it's not terrible.  It's supposed to be cheesy.  We've had a decent track record of Madness recruits committing.  Though it's better when five alumni in the NBA show up.  Hopefully Drake makes it next year.  Personally, I'd vote for Danny Pudi coming and bringing Alison Brie, and having her sit with the recruits me.

He's always been such a big Marquette fan, why not.

Seriously dude? Probably not bad for recruiting, but, no.

I remember the NBA one my junior year it was crazy.  But I mean my frosh, soph, senior and super senior years it was only average.  Just think we could make it from cheesey to an electric feeling that truly pumps people up.

I know everyone on scoop knows when you were a super senior and all, but remind me what year was the NBA year again?

Not concerning at all.

Can't tell if you're being serious or sarcastic if serious it was 11-12 and I've been vocal that Id just graduated last May so I assume it was obvious.  If sarcastic then was it really worth all your time to come on here and pick a fight?

He said he had no inside sources on this one, just a feeling.  But I think he later tweeted that it was a slight lean, like Ellenson to Marquette was a slight lean.

Let Stone go to UW, Maryland, UConn, who gives a rip about him anymore?  Let's enjoy and appreciate getting a potential high impact player, who can make this team and program better the instant he steps on campus next summer.  Not to mention three other very solid recruits, all consensus 4 star guys packaged with him.

So who outside of Hauser was actually there?
Assume what I say should be in teal if it doesn't pass the smell test for you.

Was being serious, thanks. I should polish up on scoopers' bio next time I guess.

Or Maryland is interested in some quid pro quo from Diamond's AAU Under Armour sponsorship from the Phil Knight of Maryland, Kevin Plank??

Yep, Sam Hauser played a couple of plays at QB against Marshfield on Friday night. So, no one answered the
question---Any Recruits at Madness Friday night?
