You treat each player differently. Some players need someone in their face, really pushing them every day. I was like that. I knew when I did something wrong and preferred the coach to stop practice and let me have it. Other players need praise and encouragement to bring out their best. He uses Davante as a whipping boy for a reason - and make no mistake, Davante knows exactly what is going on.

Agree with the comment about Devante... he looks like he's the heaviest since he's been at Marquette.  He appears to be 50 lbs heavier than in October.  His play reflects it.
