Are you sh1tting me, Chico?? I was kidding. Frankly, I have no probs with LW. I think the whole drama about him is just that.

I couldn't tell you were joking...sorry.  I'll turn up the sarcasm-radar next time.   ;)

No worries Keefer Madness. Real men don't swing with teal!

I find the convention of teal = sarcasm a bit odd. Besides, I am not sarcastic but satirical. There is a difference.

I'm a big fan of both sarcasm and satire.  But on this board, I've concluded it's just better to use teal.
All this talk of rights.  So little talk of responsibilities.

Nice breakdown on how Fox Sports 1 and 2 plan to make money.

Thanks for this.  As I posted on the website I don't have any problem paying it since I can watch UEFA/Europa league plus Big East basketball.  That versus paying the Big Ten network the same amount and never watching a single game.

The challenge is that a lot of people don't watch it and don't want to pay for it, but these networks are requiring 80%, 85%, 90% distribution.  I know you are ok with, as am I, but only about 20% to 30% of people care about sports but 80% to 90% are footing the bill.  Interesting times ahead in that regard.

I recently noticed that for FiOS where I live, they moved Speed channel right under the ESPN channels where before I think it was in the Lifetime/Hallmark channel section.

Yup, FOX is asking distributors to do that....of course there is tremendous "value" to being in certain locations on the dial.  Everything is negotiable.   ;D
