Real Chili Warrior Challenge

Does it come with a vintage Warrior aluminum trash can so I can yack into it during or afterwards?

My guess is a "reversal of fortune" would nullify the challenge.

There's a steak house in Amarillo that has a 72 oz steak for a lot of money but it's free if you do it within an hour. I was driving back from skiing Purgatory with some mates and we timed our trip to arrive in Amarillo for dinner. We didn't do the challenge but a high school wrestling team did. These guys had been starving themselves for days to  make weight so they tore into the meat with a vengeance. I recall all of them were victorious. The thing about this deal is that it's not just the streak but all the sides, too.

Is this a single bowl? It mentions a "Warrior bowl." To me, that would make a difference. Psychologically, eating 5 different bowls as opposed to one big one could be too much to handle. With that said, give me a couple tokes of weed and I could do this with little problem.

I was talking to one of the managers at the campus location about it and he was telling me they had a special bowl for it.  I should ask him to send me a pic.

Well I guess they are planning on people not being able to do this because when someone completes the challenge it's double the cost for them, paying for the bowl and the gift card.   Disregard that, I thought you got your money back and the gift card. Most challenges just make it free and a t-shirt.  I'm curious as to how well they tested it for difficulty.

For the chili eating contest they've had the past few years the winner usually puts down like 6-8 bowls I believe.  But with that you didn't necessarily have to have any fixings.

Won't be able to make the '83 reunion. Live far away and will be going to son's graduation on the weekend of May 19th. But of course will be heading to Real Chili with my son
