But PF is not beholden to the public.  He doesn't have any election to run.  If he closes the book on this, nothing happens to him.  He just comes back to Chicago and prepares his indictments for Blagoavich's (sp) people.  PF has nothing to gain by going on a fishing expidition.

freeway, are you a prosecutor?  You've never told us that before.   :-*

Sorry, I spend too much of my day talking to people who want to question my job after watching too much Law and Order and going to too few rules of evidence classes.  It gets under my skin a little.
