This has happened a lot under the bright lights to MU recently. I just want us to finally bust out a big performance against a very talented team like Florida. Do we get it done tonight? To me winning this game truly makes this season a success because an Elite 8 is right around this team's ceiling.

Did pretty darn well on CBS twice last week.

For me, the season already has been a blast. Playing with house money now, and I'm betting on our lads!!

I also echo what others have said about keeping things in perspective. They want to play well and here's hoping they do, but it's only a basketball game. It's not life.

Always worried.  At this point, any team can beat any other.  But I heard Thunderstruck on the radio driving home from work so I'll take that as a good omen.

Goose, take it out of the MU tuition fund!

Unfortunately Goose still has the high school tuition fund. Sometimes you have to make stupid decisions in life. In 1994 I found $2500.00 under a mattress on way to Knoxville for S16. The state of TN definitely was a tad greener after my trip.

So I am the only guy on here trying to figure out how to pay for trip to NOLA I can't afford?

Petrified, yes.

Would Florida hitting their 3s, we don't / we turn the ball over = double digit hole to start the game surprise anyone?  It should not.

Would MU coming back from a double-digit first half deficit to win convincingly surprise anyone? It should not ;)

And Goose, you're not alone. But between OT drying up, a wedding, and a honeymoon, I will find a way to afford NOLA if we are playing beyond Saturday.

No. I'm currently unemployed and I'm thinking about buying a train ticket from Chicago to NOLA.  I'll figure the rest out when I get there.

We will be driving if we make it. Train might be better idea.

I'm hoping UW and MU goes to the FF so an airline adds some flights from MKE, MSN or ORD. Cheapest flight I can find right now is over $800, over $1000 if you don't want to connect in Anchorage.

Hotels in d/t Nola are running $400/night min. Hopefully KY gets knocked out so demand starts dropping. Those hillbillies have no control when it comes to financial discipline and drive up costs for everyone. Bastards.

I'm changing the oil and brakes in my car this weekend and praying the FF is MU, UW, Ohio and X... for economic purposes, not matchups.
Wow, I'm very concerned for Benny.  Being able to mimic Myron Medcalf's writing so closely implies an oncoming case of dementia.

ESPN Game day:

Digger: Fl
Bilas: MU
Dickie V: MU

How typical.

F Digger.  Did I mention, F Digger?

Speaking of affording NOLA does anyone remember what the price was for Final Four tickets?  I signed up for tickets should we make it to the Final Four but my invoice just says $0.

I need to know so I make sure I have enough money in that account!

You can legally get hammered on a train, not so much in a car.

Len Elmore is an idiot.  Just said UL has beaten MU both times they have met this year.  Hello Len?  We killed UL in January.

Dieng is just wrecking havoc tonight on MSU.  Havoc, all night long.

We can't do much worse than MSU.  This game is PAINFUL to watch.  The refs just screwed up a foul call on MSU...uglu ugly all the way around.
