This article didn't detail it, but apparently his sister is the 389th ranked player in the world, and has a a full adidas sponsorship.  Which just happens to be the sponsor of his AAU team...and sponsors both UCLA and Kansas.

That's not in teal so I take that your response is legit. It is weird that the NCAA would warn schools. I think the article might be reaching a little.
