Ok, not the best impression I've heard, but a Marine doing it while pulling over an Iraqi at a road block equals... Best.  Situational use.  Ever.

Did you ever hear Jim Volkman do Harry?  He was on AM1000 in Chicago in the late '80's early '90's.  It was dead on.  Dead on.
