I'd add REP to that.

He's leads by example, takes direction, not afraid to get into a teammate's face, plays beyond capacity regularly, does the dirty work, doesn't complain, keeps his nose clean...

The ONLY fault I think Jimmy has is this (1:00 mark): ;)

The one and only reason Wesley is in the NBA right now is that Sloan was watching him play in summer league, and he was the only guy stepping in to take charges while everyone else was trying to score points to get noticed.  Had Sloan not seen that, Wesley would not be the $37million man.

Not saying that he couldn't have moved up from the d-league, or that he hasn't made the absolute most of his opportunity, but it would have been much more difficult had henot impressed Sloan.
