I don't get  espn3.com because of my internet provider, and now that the justin.tv link doesn't work I can never watch the games unless they are on national tv.

It will be on ESPN3 - is showing up for me (no blackouts).  If you can't see it, launch the player with any current event, then click "schedule" at the top.  Should see it under upcoming at 4pm.

I'm not sure if it depends on region but it IS showing up for me on Espn3.com as an upcoming event. It also lists ESPN3 as the coverage on the MU-PC Preview/Conversation page on espn.com.
