Guy is a beast.

He is beast at taking free medical and physical therapy and tuition from MU valued well over at $100,000 then taking off like a bitch.  He is also a beast at allegedly beating up chicks.

nyg

Crowder basically had the same stats, playing 10 less minutes.

Sorry, but I have to say . . . .
he would look good in an orange jumpsuit down at the House of Corrections.  Didn't he sexually assault someone at a party down in Miami?

Mr. Nielsen

Look how many years it finally took him to play D1 ball? He is a headcase, best luck to him.

yeah he may be a headcase and all that but he can ball. Sucks at free throws but he is a pretty nice force for an already big and athletic gopher team.

Not impressed with this Crean recruit. Besides being probably 22 years old, to me he looked "rusty" or out of sync. Saw him jack up a 3 ball also. No thanks, stay North with Tubby.

I thought he was slow, nothing very special, would he have helped MU, yes.  Did he become a
serious problem, yes, glad to see he is gone!

2007 called.  It wants this post back.  I'm pretty jazzed about the players we have NOW (Gardner, OTule, and Crowder) down low.

I miss Jeronne Maymon because MU would've had the best scoring offense in college basketball running through him. Plus. Maymon didn't bring any "extra baggage" along with him like Mbakwe did.

I hear Monterale Clark is averaging a quadruple double at his prison league.  Sure would love to have him in a MU uniform

Clark is playing for Highland Community College in Freeport, Ill. Scored 12 points in their season opener.

MU B2002

Since this is the where are they now thread...  Newbill had a nice debut for Southern Miss. Nine points and started for the win against USF.

Think how much better he would have played were it not for the sting of rejection that has wounded his heart.

I just want to hear how amazing Gasser is for UW, with his 7 point performance in 25 minutes vs. North Dakota!  How DID MU miss this kid????  ::)

SORRY, I HAVE TO SAY IT......

Hey HawardsHeros,

Didn't you say that Royce White would never leave Minnesota???
You actually have a degree from Marquette?

Quote from: muguru
No...and after reading many many psosts from people on this board that do...I have to say I'm MUCH better off, if this is the type of "intelligence" a degree from MU gets you. It sure is on full display I will say that.

MU B2002

Wasn't that JayBee and I thought the proclamation was that he would never play at Minn.

Jay Bee is in hiding....He'll reappear 1 week after Queens last flogging, or if the Queens beat the Packers this weekend.     Whoops, another 15 yard flag for taunting....

He's a freshman....dangerous to rate any kid as a freshman for good or bad.  My original question was based on locale, the fact he was a Milwaukee area kid who we didn't even send a letter to (alledgedly)...I was curious as to why.  Several posters have responded, even a few without personal attacks.

He'll be a good player for Wisconsin.  He may not have even seen the light of day at MU because of how we play.  Who knows, but maybe we shouldn't get all chippy about how good or bad a kid is after one game or even a year or two.   Plenty of MU players come to mind that were non-descript early on and had very good careers, some even making the pros...Amal, Crawford, etc.

Or not...at least for a bit

"The Cougars played without forwards Monterale Clark and Steven Durham in their two wins on Friday and Saturday because they were suspended, but both will be back to practice this week.
