He's advocating an online donor registry in Wisconsin.

"The online registry just makes it much easier, much simpler and removes the burden from the family on making that decision at a really horrible time for them," said Schwab.

Even if you have a sticker on the back of your driver's license, Schwab said you still need to register online.

Well... that website won't display for me in any browser... so... I dug through the source and found that it's just a portal pushing you to the WI government signup site.  Here's the link to that:
